Role Overview
As a
Senior Academic Counsellor
, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning solutions offered by Infinity Learn.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales :
Proactively connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales.
Consultative Selling :
Understand the academic needs of students and parents to recommend personalized learning solutions.
Revenue Growth :
Plan and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
Negotiation & Closing :
Handle objections effectively, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully.
Home Visits :
Conduct home demonstrations to engage with leads in person and showcase product offerings.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Self-motivated, disciplined, and a collaborative team player
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience
At least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry (preferably K–12 or test preparation)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Work Conditions
6-day work week (Monday fixed off)
Must own a laptop / device for work-related tasks
