Job Summary :
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a strategic role in owning and driving the entire recruitment lifecycle. This includes leading intake calls, advising stakeholders on hiring decisions, building talent strategies, and ensuring successful closures for assigned roles. The TA Partner will also champion outbound hiring, niche talent sourcing, and a superior candidate experience.
Requirements :
- 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience with exposure to B2B SaaS hiring.
- Proven track record hiring across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM roles.
- Strong capability in outbound hiring, passive talent engagement, and niche role sourcing.
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data and market intelligence.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools ( Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, portfolio platforms).
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using hiring metrics and dashboards.
What You'll Do :
Own end-to-end hiring for assigned roles and drive all stages to closure.Lead structured intake calls, define success profiles, and align hiring managers on expectations and timelines.Act as a strategic hiring partner—advising stakeholders with insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, competitor landscape, and SaaS market trends.Drive outbound hiring especially for niche and senior SaaS roles.Build talent pipelines for SaaS-focused roles.Use advanced sourcing tactics- Boolean strings, social sourcing, portfolio-driven discovery, and targeted outreach.Manage interview velocity, candidate experience, and offer negotiation to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.Track hiring funnels, conversion rates, and time-to-fill to improve process efficiency using a data-backed approach.Why SpotDraft?
