Description : Job Summary :

• The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a strategic role in owning and driving the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• This includes leading intake calls, advising stakeholders on hiring decisions, building talent strategies, and ensuring successful closures for assigned roles.
• The TA Partner will also champion outbound hiring, niche talent sourcing, and a superior candidate 3 - 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience with exposure to B2B SaaS hiring.
• Proven track record hiring across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM roles.
• Strong capability in outbound hiring, passive talent engagement, and niche role sourcing.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data and market intelligence.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, portfolio platforms).
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using hiring metrics and dashboards.
