This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales through targeted digital advertising efforts, including the development of overall media strategies and plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Formulate comprehensive media strategies and plans aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct audience research and segmentations to tailor campaigns effectively.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR, etc.) and implement adjustments to improve results.
- Conduct A / B testing and refine campaigns to maximize effectiveness.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, platform updates, and industry best practices in digital advertising.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand goals.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spend.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of target audiences and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience managing digital ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital ad platforms.
- Strong expertise in developing media strategies and plans based on market research and business goals.
- Experience in audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign planning.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using platform analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
