Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Digital Marketing Manager / Intern to support the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, performance marketing, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , etc.)
Support SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
Help execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing materials
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly / monthly reports
Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Coordinate with design and development teams for creative assets
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Required Skills :
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing)
Good knowledge of social media platforms
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (optional for interns)
Strong written communication and creative thinking
Ability to manage time, multitask, and meet deadlines
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred / Bonus Skills :
Good knowledge of Ms Excel and Ms Word
Familiarity with CRM tools, content scheduling tools, or marketing automation platforms
Understanding of branding and content strategy
Education Qualification :
Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field
Certification in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory
