SALES COORDINATOR-MALE

Required Sales Coordinator-Male for a Staffing Organization with employee strength of 1000's of employees at multiple locations of India.

Job Location : NOIDA

Graduate or MBA-HR with good communication skills, computer knowledge & interpersonal skills. Laptop must. Presentable and stable candidate can work with adverse situation also.

Desired Profile : Candidate having 2-5 years experience in coordinating with Sales Team, Recruitment, Lead Generation, Data Research and Analysis, Research Analyst, Secondary Research, Data Cleaning, Client Interaction, Corporate Business Development.

Job Responsibilities :

• Internal Recruitment, Induction & Training of Sales Staff working on Company's payroll.
• Data mining for Lead Generation and finding relevant contacts for Staffing in companies from different Platform (website, LinkedIn, Meetup, Hover, etc.)
• Pitching Relevant Contacts and sending introduction mail, proposal, agreement, negotiations and closure of agreements.
• Scheduling and validating meetings / appointments for Sales person.
• Coordination with Companies for giving HRMS Demo, getting vacancies, new employee's data, insurance status, renewal of agreement, terms and conditions.
• Marketing activities for business growth & expansion.
• Supporting recruitment team by Network building with vendor and channel partners for sourcing to let them achieve their daily interview and Joining targets.
• Training and Managing Sales Team for : Achieving their Daily and Monthly Sales Target, Daily Attendance, Daily Meetings, Right Contacts, Expense management, MIS & documentation.
• Software implementation & updating information of daily basis in software for smooth process management.
• Serving as a link between Client, Our Sales & Recruitment Team.
• Creating MIS reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis
