Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Pipeline & Prospecting : Develop a territory plan targeting administrative, facilities, and procurement leaders at corporate headquarters, coworking operators, hotels, and premium restaurants.
• Run daily outreach via LinkedIn, phone, email, and events.
• Discovery & Site Audits : Conduct on-site assessments; size opportunities; propose tiered Décor Packs (Reception Luxe / Boardroom Bloom / CXO Prestige) with SLA & swap cadence.
• Proposals & Closing : Build ROI / TCO narratives vs. weekly bouquets; structure 30-day pilots; negotiate MSAs / SOWs; manage vendor onboarding.
• Account Growth : Land-and-expand to multiple sites; cross-sell festive gifting & bouquet subscriptions; ensure timely renewals and collections.
• Alliances & Channels : Source leads via coworking chains, hotel groups, and FM (Facilities Management) partners.
• Handover & Quality : Coordinate with Operations / Horticulture for OTIF service, SLA adherence, and NPS follow-ups; log issues and ensure a closed loop.
• Forecasting & CRM Hygiene : Maintain an accurate pipeline (SQL→Win, stage aging), weekly forecasts, and win-loss notes.
