Millennials Immigration NZ is growing, and we’re looking for an

Operations Manager

to join our team. The role is

based in Delhi NCR (Hybrid)

and will focus on ensuring smooth operations for our Study in New Zealand vertical.

The Key Responsibilities would be :

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth student application workflows

Supervise and manage the visa lodgement process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with New Zealand requirements

Establish and improve processes to drive efficiency, compliance, and timely outcomes

Conduct training and orientation for new team members

Monitor quality and performance across applications and service delivery

Stay updated on New Zealand university admission requirements and compliance

Provide guidance to the team on study options and pathways for students

Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with universities and students

Prepare periodic reports for leadership and provide insights for better decision-making

Work towards achieving set targets by implementing structured processes and monitoring progress

Actively participate in education fairs, university visits, and events

Foster a positive, professional work culture where deadlines are met and students have a smooth experience

What we’re looking for :

Minimum

4 years’ experience in Operations Management

within the study abroad / international education sector (New Zealand focus preferred)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a high-performing team

Proven ability to create processes, oversee visa lodgements, and achieve targets

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about student success
