Key Account Manager

Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager with up to 5 years of experience to manage and grow our B2B LPG / Propane customer base.
This role is highly focused on new business acquisition through technical proposal development and securing long-term supply agreements, alongside nurturing existing contracted and spot customers.
The Manager will be responsible for monthly price negotiation, market analysis, financial discipline, and ensuring rigorous adherence to the Group's safety and compliance standards at customer sites.

Key Account Development and Strategy :
- Function as the primary relationship manager for both long-term contracted customers and high-potential spot customers in the B2B segment.
- Lead the identification of prospects that could utilize LPG / Propane and develop technically sound, feasible proposals for their specific fuel requirements.
- Drive the conversion of new accounts by successfully negotiating and signing long-term supply agreements.
- Actively target and work with customers utilizing competing fuels, aiming for successful conversion to LPG / Propane.
- Ensure strategic expansion of the Boom and Commodity Business by maintaining strong account relationships.
Commercial Management and Forecasting :
Manage commercial aspects of the relationship, including negotiating prices on a monthly basis with customers who purchase on a spot basis.Conduct routine, relationship-building visits to existing contracted customers as well as spot customers to enhance relations and preemptively address issues.Maintain financial discipline across the account base, ensuring adherence to the Group's policy, including the timely collection of any mandatory financial and administrative forms.Provide accurate monthly forecasts based on market dynamics and contract schedules to facilitate smooth product sourcing and supply chain planning.Safety, Compliance, and Cross-Functional Coordination :
Conduct regular visits to customer LPG yards where TOTAL has provided equipment to ensure the equipment is being used in a safe, secure, and compliant manner.Ensure the Group's safety, security, environment and ethics standards are understood and rigorously followed by all relevant stakeholders in the packed segment.Provide regular, critical reporting on competitor activities and changes in the regulatory environment that could impact the business.Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Logistics, Plant operations, Technical, Project, and Finance, to ensure coordinated customer service and seamless operational execution.Initiate and execute steps to enhance customer satisfaction and thereby boost the company's brand image.Required Skills & Qualifications :
