The Global Institute of Sports Business (GISB), India’s premier sports management institute, is
expanding its team and is looking to appoint an Assistant Manager – Student Outreach for its
Mumbai office.
GISB is an industry-designed, experiential learning sports management institute that emphasizes
individual growth, employability, and impact in the sports sector. The Assistant Manager - Admissions
will play a crucial role in driving student recruitment and managing the admissions process
seamlessly across these key locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student outreach and business development activities, including scheduling calls,
setting up meetings, follow-ups, and guiding leads through the admission process.
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, parents, and mentors, providingdetailed program insights and resolving queries.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, sports organizations, digital agencies,counsellors, and education consultants to generate student interest.
Plan and organize events, seminars, and masterclass sessions to engage prospective studentsand drive recruitment.
Support social media marketing efforts, including content creation, content scheduling, andon-ground content capture during events.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience for all applicants.Assist in creating pre-sales collateral and supporting materials in collaboration with themarketing team.
Represent GISB at education fairs, conferences, and other external events to promote theinstitute’s programs and success stories.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage).Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in admissions, business development, oreducational counselling.
Prior experience in the ed-tech sector is preferred.Location
