Position : SAP ABAP Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with a strong background in SAP implementation, support, and rollout projects. The ideal candidate will have deep business process knowledge and expertise in project implementation methodologies, including ASAP and ITIL processes. You will take end-to-end ownership of SAP technical development, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all aspects of technical SAP development and delivery.
• Understand functional specifications and author detailed technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and support SAP ABAP solutions with a focus on S / 4 HANA.
• Participate across all project phases : preparation, blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and production support.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver custom solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution of tickets per SLAs.
• Develop, document, and execute unit, integration, and acceptance tests for complex functions.
• Mentor junior team members and lead small teams effectively.
• Manage effort estimation, risk identification, and provide technical guidance during the project lifecycle.
• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and propose innovative, value-adding solutions.
