Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in network switching technologies. Strong understanding of LAN technologies including Ethernet, VLANs, and Spanning Tree Protocol (STP). Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies. Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices such as switches and routers. Knowledge of network security principles and practices. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.

Description
We are seeking a skilled Network Switching professional with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LAN technologies and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network switching solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
Good-to-Have Wireless (Aruba / Cisco), SDWAN, SDN, ISE, Load balancers
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage LAN switching solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability and security.
- Conduct regular network assessments and audits to optimize performance.
- Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
