RPA Developer (UiPath / Automation Anywhere)

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Work as an individual contributor and handle automation tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Analyze business requirements, identify automation opportunities, and propose effective solutions.
• Develop reusable components and ensure high-quality coding standards in automation scripts.
• Integrate RPA workflows with external systems using Python or Java (any one language preferred).
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide automation feasibility.
• Optimize existing automation processes for better performance and scalability.
• Prepare documentation including PDD, SDD, and user guides for developed automations.
• Leverage GenAI / Copilot or similar tools to accelerate automation development and improve workflow efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and best practices in RPA development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, peer learning, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
