RPA Developer - Power Automate

Description : About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with extensive experience in Microsoft Power Automate and Desktop Flows to design, build, and manage automation workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles and a proven track record of delivering scalable automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into efficient workflows.
• Conduct process assessments and feasibility analyses to determine automation suitability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing automations for optimal performance and reliability.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including design specifications, test cases, and user guides.
• Adhere to RPA best practices, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance in all automation initiatives.
