Technical Client Solutions Specialist

About the Role :

We’re looking for a Technical Account Specialist to support our advertising operations team. You’ll be responsible for setting up, managing, and troubleshooting digital ad campaigns while ensuring everything runs smoothly for our clients.

What You’ll Do :

• Handle all day-to-day campaign setup, tracking, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Manage requests related to the full campaign lifecycle — from launch to reporting.
• Communicate campaign timelines and deliverables clearly with internal teams and clients.
• Spot and resolve any issues or miscommunications quickly.
• Learn and use tools, systems, and best practices for campaign management.
• Simplify and present technical or data-heavy insights to non-technical audiences.
