Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Mid-level Optimisely Developer to join our team and help design, implement, and optimize A / B tests and experimentation strategies using the Optimisely platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with front-end development, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to improve user experiences and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement A / B and multivariate tests using the Optimisely experimentation platform.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and UX designers to identify testing opportunities and hypotheses.
  • Implement front-end changes using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as part of experiments.
  • Analyze experiment results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper QA and monitoring of live experiments to minimize risk.
  • Maintain documentation of experiments, test plans, and implementation details.
  • Stay updated with best practices in experimentation and feature flagging.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to experiments and feature rollouts.

Primary Skills :

  • 6-8 years of experience in front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Proven experience with Optimisely or similar experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target).
  • Strong understanding of A / B testing methodology and statistical significance.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar) to analyze experiment data.
  • Experience with feature flagging and rollout strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts and results

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js frameworks.
  • Experience with server-side experimentation.
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
