About The Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Recruit (RCM, RMK) and Onboarding 2.0 modules , with hands-on expertise in implementation, support, and operations. The candidate will provide technical and functional support , ensure smooth operations post go-live, and work closely with stakeholders to enhance recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide system operations and maintenance support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruit and Onboarding modules post go-live.
- Offer technical and functional expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM, RMK) and Onboarding 2.0.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve system issues and ensure a seamless experience for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Manage day-to-day processes and deliver assigned tasks from the process, business solutions, or system management teams.
- Work during CET working hours and occasionally extended hours to support US operations.
- Share industry best practices and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Utilize ITIL principles and tools such as ServiceNow for incident management and workflow handling.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruit and Onboarding 2.0 modules.Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruit and Onboarding 2.0.Hands-on experience with minimum 3 end-to-end projects (implementation, support, operations, maintenance).Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) administration.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow for incident and change management.Skills Required
