About The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Recruit (RCM, RMK) and Onboarding 2.0 modules , with hands-on expertise in implementation, support, and operations. The candidate will provide technical and functional support , ensure smooth operations post go-live, and work closely with stakeholders to enhance recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide system operations and maintenance support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruit and Onboarding modules post go-live.
• Offer technical and functional expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM, RMK) and Onboarding 2.0.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve system issues and ensure a seamless experience for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Manage day-to-day processes and deliver assigned tasks from the process, business solutions, or system management teams.
• Work during CET working hours and occasionally extended hours to support US operations.
• Share industry best practices and provide recommendations for process improvement.
• Utilize ITIL principles and tools such as ServiceNow for incident management and workflow handling.
