Description :
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our Industrial Sector team. The candidate will be responsible for leading remote design workshops, conducting requirements verification and Fit-to-Standard sessions, and ensuring alignment with the global HR template. This role requires strong hands-on configuration expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and the ability to document and translate business needs into functional user stories.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and facilitate verification sessions and Fit-to-Standard workshops with global and local business teams.
- Perform hands-on configuration and testing in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) , ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Conduct in-sprint testing, perform functional triaging, and provide support throughout the development cycle.
- Collaborate with Organization & People Readiness (O&PR) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) teams to define requirements for system procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- Prepare and maintain functional design documentation, user stories, and test scenarios.
- Work closely with integration teams to support functional requirements mapping for integrations (e.g., SuccessFactors , Global View or other HR systems).
- Ensure consistency and compliance with global HR processes and template standards.
- Provide post-deployment support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Mandatory Skills :
Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) configuration and implementation.Experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops and requirements verification sessions.Ability to write user stories and translate business requirements into functional specifications.Experience with in-sprint testing, functional triaging, and Agile delivery methodology.Strong understanding of Employee Central data model, position management, events, and workflows.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively with global teams and adjust to CET time zone.Good-to-Have Skills :
Integration mapping experience with SuccessFactors (SF) to Global View or other HR / Payroll systems.Exposure to multi-country rollouts or global template implementations.Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, etc.).Familiarity with SAP HCM, data migration, and security concepts in SuccessFactors.Understanding of SuccessFactors Reporting (People Analytics, Advanced Reporting).(ref : hirist.tech)
