Job Title : International voice process

Location : Hyderabad

Shift : Night Shifts

Salary :

Fresher : 2.6 to 3 LPA

6 Months and more Experience 3.2 to 3.6 LPA

Job Description : We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as International Voice - Customer Support Executives with  Excellent communication .

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Fresher or any BPO related experience. (10+2 undergraduates can apply)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints.
  • Providing information about products and services.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
