We partner closely with Elastic’s global teams to deliver enterprise-grade consulting, implementation, and managed services projects across industries and geographies.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee Elastic-based delivery engagements for Hyperflex. The role involves coordinating between clients, technical teams, and leadership to ensure the successful execution of Elastic projects with precision and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Elastic consulting engagements (Search, Observability, or Security).
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders.
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate between engineering, delivery, and client teams to maintain clear communication.
• Anticipate risks, propose mitigation plans, and escalate blockers when necessary.
• Document best practices, lessons learned, and project retrospectives for process improvement.
