Transit Field Services Director
Ownership and key responsibilities
- Lead the Field Services organization in the region
- Increase customer intimacy and market understanding, and develop FS into a commercial strength
- Deploy Transit FS strategy within the region (organization / processes / tools)
- Strengthen REX to Product Management of our products performance to improve performance and serviceability
- Supports project execution in Warranty phase (OE & Services projects)
Main Missions
Develop, deploy and track KPI for FS operations in the most Quality and Cost-effective mannerDevelop and train his team to address all products maintained in the regionPerform a regular resource and budget planningSupport the Services sales forces in offering Services solutionsDevelop and deploy customer centric and value adding sales solutions and concepts for Field ServiceTeam up with Transit Resident engineers to deliver projectsActively support cost optimization and OTD activities for warranty / retrofitManage Resident Site Managers, Field Service Operation Managers, Warranty manager and Customer Services ManagerDemonstrate to clients an on-going commitment to excellence in the delivery of FS support to projects and programsKey Kpi(s)
