You will be working as HR Operations Specialist and will be reporting to Global Service Line Lead-Talent Management and will be a part of GBS located in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for ensuring a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions and supporting the globally set standards for GBS HR Operations and ensures that the local legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to the respective business processes in a HR Operations Front Office / Hub
Your Responsibilities
Executing Talent Management processes and managing system administration related to the Talent Management processes and coordinating various internal assessments such as 360 Assessment, Leadership Assessment, etc.,
Ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all Talent Management stakeholders
Ensuring execution and delivery of Talent Management services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) Responding to employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool)
Recommending continuous improvements and simplify existing Talent Management processes and procedures based on experience with stakeholders
Your Background
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Finance or Commerce
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization will be advantageous
Experience in HR shared services, Workday, Payroll will be an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office, along with organizing, coordinating and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
