Working closely with the US based HR & Admin team to involve primarily in data management and admin support tasks the following :
Training & Development :
Assess training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Data Management :
Maintain accurate employee master data for HR records.
Reporting :
Prepare presentations and monthly reports using
Advanced Excel .
Compliance : Manage
CPE Certificate approvals
for the team.
Leadership Support :
Lead tasks assigned by managers and department heads.
Collaboration :
Work closely with process heads to understand requirements and develop effective HR strategies.
Requirements
Experience :
Minimum 2 to 3 years in HR Administration.
Confidentiality :
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Skills :
Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in
MS Office Suite
(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of
Workday HRIS .
Education :
Degree, MBA, or equivalent in Human Resources.
