Manager – Corporate Relations & Fundraising

Location : Kalwa, Thane (with travel to Mumbai / Corporate offices as required)

About REAP Reach Education Action Programme (REAP) is a registered NGO working to empower underprivileged children, youth, and communities through education, skills, and development initiatives. We partner with corporates, donors, and institutions to create sustainable impact.

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic professional with corporate experience to lead our corporate fundraising, CSR partnerships, and licensing initiatives . The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong corporate relationships, analyzing CSR trends, and developing proposals aligned with companies’ thematic focus areas.

Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential corporate partners for CSR and fundraising opportunities.

Conduct research on CSR trends, thematic areas, and compliance requirements .

Develop and maintain licensing partnerships.

Prepare and present proposals, reports, and pitches to corporates.

Manage donor relationships through consistent communication, calls, and in-person meetings.

Analyze donor data, fundraising performance, and recommend strategic improvements.

Represent REAP at corporate meetings, events, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Social Work, Marketing, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in corporate relations, fundraising, or CSR in non-profit / CSR sector.

Strong knowledge of CSR policies, compliance, and thematic areas of companies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Research and data analysis skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits and corporate interactions.
