Kansoft Solutions is looking for a
versatile and dynamic Human Resource Executive
who can efficiently manage both
Learning & Development
and
Recruitment
functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities with ownership and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Understand departmental requirements and coordinate with managers to fulfill hiring needs effectively.
Identify learning and development needs across teams and plan suitable training programs.
Organize and coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training and suggest improvements for continuous development.
Maintain HR records, support performance management activities, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Promote a positive workplace culture through communication, collaboration, and employee engagement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR with exposure to both recruitment and learning & development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently.
Good understanding of HR tools, MS Office, and modern hiring practices.
