Join us in shaping a future where technology seamlessly aligns with purpose.Job Title - Technical LeadLocation : PuneEducational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Key Responsibilities -Job Functions / Responsibilities : Represent Quality Assurance on cross-functional project team, with responsibility for quality planning including test planning and executionMaintain test plans and test cases so they remain up-to-date, reflecting current requirementsPlan and test cycles (UAT, performance, integration, regression, etc.) in Agile environmentMaintain DevOps test cases and activitiesManage defect triage processCommunicate directly with Development team regarding software defects and requirementsFollow established process for defect tracking and reporting, including logging defects in a detailed and reproducible wayEstablish and maintain productive relationships with developers, project managers and other team membersCompile and communicate test status and metrics to the project team and managementProvide coaching on testing processes and defect reporting to team members to support test activitiesMaintain documentation on automation set up / test cases / processesQualifications : 5+ years of IT Quality / Tester related experience required.Thorough understanding of software quality assurance and quality control techniques and software development lifecycles (SDLC), Test Automation Frameworks & Various Test Methodologies.Knowledgeable and hands on in automation tools and frameworks : HP UFT, Selenium, Visual StudioCodedUI, SoapUI, NUnit / MSUnit, CertifyKnowledgeable and hands on in performance testing tools : HP Performance Center, Visual StudioWeb / Load Tests, performance counters3-5+ years experience with UIPathKnowledgeable in VBScript, C#, or JavaUnderstanding of testing web services : SOAP, REST, PostmanAble to effectively communicate complex concepts and influence decisionsA working knowledge of programing languages, database design, and Program Management skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasksDemonstrated creative and analytical problem solving and decision making skillsProficient with all MS Office tools, including Visio and ProjectMaintain a high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlinesPreferred Salesforce test experience
