Job descriptionConduct a comprehensive assessment of current clearing offerings and implement targeted enhancements to improve efficiency, robustness, and client value. Drive end-to-end upgrades of service capabilities tailored specifically for high-frequency and algorithmic trading clients—including FPIs, domestic entities, and Trading Members (TMs) seeking Clearing Member (CM) services. Develop, refine, and implement specialized risk management frameworks designed for the unique needs and risk profiles of HFT clients. Partner with internal risk teams to ensure robust, compliant, and real-time risk controls are embedded into clearing workflows. Collaborate with the Sales team to meet clients, understand their requirements, and translate insights into tangible product improvements. Serve as the product expert during client discussions, solution presentations, and due-diligence interactions.

Experience : 4+years of deep understanding of HFT ecosystem - Strong knowledge of trading strategies, market microstructure, and clearing processes for high-frequency trading
Location : Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Development
- Define, maintain, and execute the product roadmap for clearing services supporting High-Frequency Trading (HFT) and algorithmic trading participants.
- Enhance existing clearing solutions to meet evolving market dynamics, client needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for product innovation, competitive differentiation, and service expansion within the clearing ecosystem.
