Fretron, India’s leading cloud-based Transport Management System (TMS) , is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to manage IT & non-IT hiring , including campus recruitment , and support HR operations. You’ll play a key role in building a high-performing workforce while staying updated on market trends and AI innovations to strengthen our talent strategy.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Execute campus and professional hiring strategies across IT & non-IT roles.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on AI and industry trends to inform hiring decisions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate ATS data , talent pools, and candidate communications.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
