Job Description
- Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
- Greet visitors, clients, or customers, and ensure their needs are met.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and bookings.
- Maintain accurate records, update databases, and perform data entry tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to queries, and resolve issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Preparation of financial reports for management, including budget variances, forecast
reports and finacial summaries.
Perform monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and guidelines and assist with audits andreviews by tax authorities.
Provide necessary documentation and assistance for internal and external audits.Assist with the preparation and filing of local, state and other tax laws including GST, TDSand Income Tax.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy ofaccounting functions.
