1. Communication &
amp; ContentDraft, edit, and structure key Griffin communications, from founder emails and ministerial notes to decks, speaker briefs, and post-circlereflections.Shape Griffin's internal and external voice across formats — newsletters, decks, printed material, and digital posts.Maintain and update content repositories, master decks, and communication templates regularly.
2. Operations &a
mp; ExecutionOversee end-to-end operations for salons, retreats, and international delegations, including planning, partner coordination, vendor management, and on-ground execution.Ensure smooth movement of material assets — gifting, invites, credentials, merchandise — from planningto delivery.Build and maintain checklists, runbooks, and post-event closure documents.
3. Digital & Proc
ess ManagementMaintain real-time updates of internal dashboards, member decks, content calendars, and creative pipelines.Coordinate with the design and digital teams for timely delivery of creative assets and visual content.Support data organisation : member database, outreach lists, onboarding records, and feedback trackers.
4. Research &am
p; IntelligenceResearch founders, investors, policymakers, and new invite prospects for future Griffin circles.Prepare background briefs, dossiers, and talking points for speakersand leadership.Track global and Indian startup developments to identify conversation themes for salons and retreats.Support narrative development for new Griffin chapters and policycollaborations.
5. Member & Onboa
rding ExperienceOwn the onboarding workflow — from sending invitation decks and membership emails to ensuring completion of onboarding forms and invoicing.Respond to member queries with clarity and pace; coordinate with finance, ops, and design teams for smooth processing.Maintain up-to-date onboarding and welcome documents; refine them for every new cohort.Capture member reflections and coordinate NPS surveys or feedback loops post-event.
