Job Summary :

We are looking for a Data Migration Developer to support the migration of data from Oracle databases to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in database management, ETL processes, and data quality assurance, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and a seamless transition into Salesforce. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze existing Oracle database structures and data to identify migration requirements.
• Design and implement data mapping and transformation strategies aligned with business and technical needs.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into Salesforce.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues throughout the migration process.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to gather and clarify requirements.
• Document migration processes, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
