Job description5-7 years of backend development experience in PHP, with deep expertise in Laravel Experience working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks Proficiency in : PHP, Laravel, Java ReactJS, Node.js MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB CI / CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git) Cloud platforms, especially AWS Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to handle multiple clients Flexibility to work in a small company Proficiency in CI / CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git) Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS Knowledge of agile development methodologies

About the Role
As a full stack development lead, you will oversee backend architecture and development, guide engineers, and deliver high-performance applications. You will work on integrations, custom solutions, and platforms like Magento, WordPress, and Shopify, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Lead backend development using Laravel and modern PHP frameworks
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
- Manage system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services
- Oversee projects involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related stacks
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practices
- Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
- Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation
