Job descriptionArchitect and implement Salesforce solutions tailored for Loan Origination Systems. Integrate LOS workflows, credit decisioning, eligibility checks, and document management systems. Ensure compliance, auditability, and governance within LOS data structures. Lead the design and development of Salesforce mobile experiences (Mobile SDK, LWC Mobile, Flexi Pages, Mobile Publisher). Optimize mobile performance, offline capabilities, and responsive interaction patterns. Ensure seamless integration between mobile, core Salesforce CRM, and LOS modules. Work closely with product owners, business teams, and engineering leaders in defining requirements. Guide development teams on Apex, LWC, integrations, and platform capabilities. Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and architectural sign-offs. Provide oversight during key project milestones (initiation, design review, release management). 8–10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience including architectural roles. Strong expertise in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and banking / financial workflows. Proven experience architecting Salesforce mobile applications . Deep proficiency in : Apex, LWC, Visualforce Salesforce Mobile SDK Salesforce Integration Patterns (REST / SOAP, Platform Events, Middleware) Security model (FLS, CRUD, Sharing) Data modeling & complex enterprise architecture Experience designing scalable, high-performance, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce certifications such as : Application Architect System Architect Platform Developer II Salesforce Mobile Solutions Architecture (added advantage) Experience in BFSI / Fintech domain.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Salesforce Mobile App development . This role is critical during the early phases of the project and requires someone capable of leading architectural decision-making, defining the blueprint, and ensuring scalable, secure, enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations.

- Drive technical decision-making during the project’s discovery and initiation phases.
- Create high-level and detailed architecture blueprints, data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
