About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer 3 who combines strong problem-solving ability with solid design craft. In this role, you will own product areas end-to-end, create high-quality designs, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research to ship impactful solutions. You will be expected to push for excellence, contribute to systems, and grow into a craft leader for more junior designers.

What You'll Do

• Own Product Areas : Take end-to-end responsibility for medium-to-large product features, from concept to delivery.
• Solve Problems with Clarity : Break down user and business challenges into clear, elegant design solutions.
• Deliver with Craft : Create polished interaction and visual design that aligns with design systems and elevates user experience.
• Collaborate Deeply : Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure design is central to decision-making.
• Contribute to Systems : Apply and extend existing design systems, ensuring consistency across product experiences.
• Articulate Decisions : Present and defend design decisions with clarity and confidence to peers and stakeholders.
• Mentor Juniors : Guide early-career designers through feedback and critique, contributing to their growth.
