IT Support Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for IT Support Executive or Assistant who can assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware (like desktop systems, laptops, printers) and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of all IT equipment.
• Assist in implementation of Security Policies.
• Monitor systems (Desktops, Laptops etc.) and report irregularities or performance issues.
• Troubleshoot the IT related issues and provide the technical support to users.
• Maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by senior officers.

Qualifications / Education details

Any Graduate or Diploma

Required Skills

Proficient in tools like MS EXCEL, MS OFFICE, MS POWERPOINT, POWER BI etc. and execute data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Pay range and compensation package

Upto 4.8 LPA
