About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Infra Lead – IT Infra Operations to manage and oversee IT infrastructure and operations at our site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data center management , infrastructure monitoring , and team leadership .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Infrastructure Operations & Monitoring (Servers, Storage, LAN / WAN)
• Oversee Data Center Operations
• Handle Backup & Recovery Management
• Ensure smooth Site IT Operations (Incident Resolution, EDR / Antivirus, Patching)
• Administer Servers and LAN / WAN
• Manage Users & Devices, Configure Alerts
• Operate IT Tools :
• ManageEngine, PRTG
• Veritas / Veeam / Data Protection
• CrowdStrike EDR, CyberArk PAM
• Implement ITSM Processes : Asset, Ticket, Problem, Incident & Change Management
• Ensure Pharma IT Compliance and Computer System Validation (CSV)
