Role Summary

We are hiring a Head of Research & Development to establish and lead two data-driven research teams in Ahmedabad :

• BD Research Team – Supporting 5–7 Business Development Executives by sourcing and qualifying global fundraising clients (target : 25+ BD intro calls per week per BD).
• IR Research Team – Supporting Investor Relations Managers by scheduling investor introduction calls (target : 8–12 per week per IR Manager).

You will design workflows, hire and train 20+ researchers, oversee lead generation output, and ensure all research activity directly supports company revenue targets.
