Role Description

The candidate will be responsible for building world-class maps, navigation, and traffic intelligence platforms, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and low-latency performance. The role requires deep technical expertise in geospatial systems, graph-based routing engines, and real-time traffic modeling, combined with strong leadership and product vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology & Platform Development

• Define and execute the roadmap for location search, routing, and traffic intelligence platforms.
• Lead enhancement and development of graph-based routing algorithms, dynamic traffic-aware routing, multimodal transport planning, and EV-specific routing.
• Drive search engine capabilities (location / place search, geocoding, POI ranking, personalization).
• Enhance and manage real-time traffic ingestion, prediction, and visualization systems using AI / ML.
• Ensure systems are scalable, high-performance, and cloud-native (microservices, APIs, real-time data pipelines).
