Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a South-Indian & Conti Chef. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality South-Indian and Continental dishes, ensuring adherence to traditional flavors and techniques. Day-to-day tasks include meal planning, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, managing inventory and ingredients, and collaborating with the kitchen team for a smooth workflow. The role also involves innovating menu items and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in South-Indian cuisines, including traditional preparation and presentation techniques
• Knowledge and experience in cooking Continental cuisines with a focus on quality and taste
• Skills in menu planning, ingredient management, and inventory control
• Ability to maintain kitchen hygiene, safety standards, and collaborate effectively with the team
• Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for culinary innovation
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Certification in culinary arts or relevant training is a plus
