JOB DESCRIPTION
The Head of Admissions is responsible for leading the school’s complete admissions function, ensuring smooth processes, strong parent engagement, and achievement of enrollment targets. The role requires strategic planning, operational excellence, and the ability to represent the school’s ethos effectively to prospective families.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire admissions lifecycle—from inquiry, counselling, assessments, and documentation to final onboarding.
- Handle parent interactions, campus tours, and counselling sessions with professionalism and clarity.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure seamless admission assessments and student integration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and community partners.
- Ensure all admissions processes reflect the school’s vision, values, and service standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in parent experience and internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements related to admissions.
