Job Role :

Design, deliver, and manage training programs for BlackLine ERP modules.

Conduct hands-on workshops and knowledge sessions for end-users and internal teams.

Develop training materials , including guides, videos, and FAQs.

Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-implementation support .

Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback-driven improvements.

Key Skills :

Strong expertise in BlackLine ERP modules : Account Reconciliation, Journal Entry, Task Management, Transaction Matching, etc.

Knowledge of ERP integration with platforms like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

Experience in training delivery —both virtual and classroom settings.

Excellent skills in documentation and curriculum development .

Good understanding of finance and accounting processes .

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
