ERPA (Workday Partner) is seeking a Senior Workday Reporting Consultant to join our virtual Workday Acceleration Center (WAC) in India, as an extension to the US Workday Practice.

Mandate Skill : Workday HCM Core, Workday Reporting, Prism, BIRT, Workday Certification & Complex HCM Reports

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : PAN India

Mode of Work - Remote

Position Type : Permanent / Fulltime

Working Hours : 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST at least

Key Responsibilities :

• Member of our Workday Acceleration Center (WAC) dedicated to serving Workday post-production customers.
• Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction. (This is an individual contributor role).
• Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configure and prototype, and assist clients with testing and move to Production efforts
• Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignment
• Accurately maintain forecast in a timely manner
• Assist Sales team with orals, demos, and LOEs
• Stay up to date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and be able to advise on Workday best practices
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service to build lasting relationships with clients
