Description

We are looking for a Senior Java Automation EIS Test Engineer to join our team of experts in software, system, and test engineering.

You will work on exciting projects that focus on testing web services and APIs, as well as system integration testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automated test scripts using Java and testing frameworks
  • Execute automated tests and analyze test results, reporting defects and issues to cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to ensure that all software changes are thoroughly tested and meet the highest quality standards
  • Ensure that all test cases are maintained and updated as needed, and that all defects are tracked and resolved in a timely manner
  • Participate in code reviews and other quality assurance activities to ensure that all software changes are compliant with established standards and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automated testing in Java
  • Experience in WS / API testing and test scripting using Page Object Model (POM+), Selenium with Cucumber, and Insurance Platforms built on Java frameworks such as Guidewire, Majesco, Insurity, etc
  • Experience using Maven, TestNG, Jasmine, Scaled Agile / Large Scale Implementation
  • Experience using the Postman tool for API testing
  • Experience with Jenkins, JIRA, and Scrum methodologies
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level
  • Experience in the Insurance domain is an advantage
