About the Role :

Stratacent is looking for a Sr. Associate - Agentic AI Developer with hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing agentic AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, AWS Agent Code, and practical exposure to AI-driven product development.

This role involves designing intelligent, autonomous systems that can reason, plan, and act-helping drive our next generation of AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI systems using AWS Agent Code and related frameworks.
• Build intelligent agents capable of performing goal-directed tasks autonomously.
• Integrate AI models (LLMs, generative AI) with enterprise workflows and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ML, Data Engineering, Product) to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Work on multi-agent systems, orchestration, and decision-making logic.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of agentic systems.
• Stay updated on emerging agentic AI trends, AWS AI tools, and best practices.
