Key Responsibilities

• OIPL Data Center & IT Management
• Server & VM Management : Monthly monitoring and reporting of VMs.
• Disaster Recovery (DR) : DR drills conducted semi-annually.
• System Maintenance : OS patching and firmware updates for RM3, STC servers, firewalls, and switches.
• Compliance & Coordination :
• Align with IT compliance and global IT policies.
• Conduct bi-annual local audits per policies.
• Ensure staff adherence to IT / security standards and manage IT inventory.
• Network & Vendor Management :
• Oversee office networks (RTS, DC / DR, local stations).
• Manage data center and network vendors.
• Handle RM3 VPN connectivity and troubleshooting with external teams.
• IT Asset Management :
• Manage employee laptops and mobile devices.
• Oversee IT equipment AMC contracts, renewals, and vendor negotiations.
