Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation and enhancement projects across relevant modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.).
Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and analyze requirements to design robust SAP solutions.
Configure SAP modules as per business requirements and ensure integration with other modules.
Provide expert-level functional support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare detailed functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams (ABAP / Developers) for custom developments.
Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and prepare user manuals / documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Stay updated with the latest SAP releases, tools, and technologies.
Ensure compliance with organizational and project standards, including data integrity and system security.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in SAP Functional Consulting with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations.

Expertise in one or more SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors, or S / 4HANA ).

Strong understanding of business processes and their integration within SAP.

Proficient in creating functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.

Hands-on experience in SAP S / 4HANA (preferred).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in Agile / Waterfall methodologies.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
