Performing operations related to Aerospace assembly components. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision / prescribed work instructions / systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve a result.

Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India's defence and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Roles & Responsibilities

• Shall have experience in fabrication & fasteners assembly. Capable of validating and ensuring customer specification compliance, knowing GE, RR, Boeing requirements will be an added advantage.
• Shall have experience in assembly process. Capable of establishing different riveting, insulations, inserts, links, clips assemblies.
• Shall have experience in drawing evaluation and providing inputs essential for assembly process establishment.
• Ability to analyse defects, identify root causes and provide efficient solution and implement CAPA.
• Basic knowledge of stainless steel and Inconel tube and sheet fabrication in aviation industry.
• Working experience with GE Aviation P Specifications.
• Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
• Must be familiar with EHS practices inside workshop as well as on site.
• Responsible for FAI prove outs and creating new assembly procedures / MOS's for the same.
