🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Counsellor (SAT Program) with a strong background in U.S. Sales or International Education Counselling .

You will be responsible for guiding students interested in studying in the U.S. undergraduate programs, helping them understand SAT test preparation, college admission requirements, and academic pathways — while driving lead conversions and revenue growth .

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about SAT courses , U.S. universities , and application timelines .
• Handle inbound and outbound calls , emails, and WhatsApp queries from prospective students.
• Convert leads into enrollments by understanding students’ goals and recommending suitable programs.
• Use U.S. sales and communication expertise to build trust and deliver persuasive counselling sessions.
• Stay updated on SAT exam formats, U.S. admission processes , and visa requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of leads and conversions in the CRM system .
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless student onboarding.
• Participate in webinars, counselling sessions, and offline events for lead generation.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets .
