Job Description :
As part of the Inside Sales team, you will play a key role in the student recruitment process. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective students, provide detailed information about our institution, programs, and services, and guide them through the admission process. This role requires strong communication and sales skills to effectively convert inquiries into enrollments. We are looking for a results-driven individual who is passionate about education and possesses excellent interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Counsel prospective students and guide them on various UG and PG courses offered.
- Provide counselling through data calling and online chat platforms.
- Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
- Collect and consolidate participant feedback.
- Handle queries via telephone.
- Convert leads into admissions.
- Record, maintain, and follow up on assigned leads.
- Maintain daily records of telephonic interactions and walk-ins.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in any field.Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education sector or a related industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade.Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
