Internshala is home to the largest college students & fresher talent pool in the country, and our mission is to get every student the best possible start to their careers. So far, businesses (180K of them) have been using the platform in self-serve mode on a freemium model for entry-level hiring. Now, we want to deepen the engagement and relationship with high-value key accounts by offering end-to-end solutions for their training & hiring needs for entry-level roles
What will you do?
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager Corporate Sales to launch and scale our on-ground sales efforts. Your role is to onboard companies on our hiring platform and help them see how easy and effective it is to hire through us.
You'll lead the outreach, drive conversations, and ensure every new client gets off to a great start
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition : Reach out to potential employers via calls, emails, meetings, and industry events.
Value Demonstration : Clearly explain the platform's value proposition-how it works, why it matters, and how it helps employers hire better.
Onboarding : Assist new clients with their first few postings and ensure a smooth start to their hiring journey.
Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with recruiters, HR heads, and business owners.
Pipeline Management : Maintain an updated and accurate lead pipeline in the CRM.
Market Insights : Collect feedback from clients to share product and onboarding improvement opportunities with internal teams.
Who We're Looking For :
Experience : 3-4 years in field sales, business development, or B2B partnerships.
Prior exposure to recruitment, edtech, or HR-tech industries is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills-comfortable talking to people and simplifying complex ideas.
Excellent listening, communication, and persuasion skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
